Exodus Trader has no access to client funds, accounts, login credentials, or personal information. All regulatory processes, such as KYC/identification, risk disclosure, suitability, and account management, are handled entirely by the broker. Exodus Trader provides only trading signals or a trading strategy. The execution of these signals is solely at the client’s discretion. There is no asset management, no individual investment advice, and no management of client funds. Revenue is generated exclusively from a performance fee and/or spread kickbacks paid by the broker. Under current understanding, this model is not subject to the licensing requirement for asset managers under FINIG, as Exodus Trader does not make investment decisions on behalf of clients and does not manage any assets.
